In partnership with Purlwell Infants and Nursery School, we have employed a school nurse, who will spend a day working in our school once every two weeks.  Parents will have the opportunity to attend drop-in sessions in the school bungalow, where they can discuss the health needs of their child/children or seek advice and support from a health professional.  There is no need to make an appointment.  The school nurse will also deliver specific education programmes to parents and children and support the school in ensuring that children’s health needs are met.
